Images of green

A few weeks back i was given the couler green and what i had to do was go out and take pictures of green
things at the time it was raining so i decided to sainsburys go into in oldham and ask if i could tae photos i had to make a phone call to the head office to clear it with them first and i also had to get permission from the manger of the store in the end it all worked out and these are some of the images i have collected and cropped down.

Today i was sapose to go to the manchester gallery to view some exhibitions unfortunately i was unable to go  but i was able to  get some information on the exhibitions  online  and gather some imges form web-sights  at some point i would like to  go see this exhibition as it looks interesting and i feel  that vuing it in person would be more over welming than  on  a computer .

So i found an article online about the artist Andreas Kocks

He was born in a Germany and discovered he enjoyed art by mistake so he decided to peruse a career in it as well as in teaching he developed he's style and wen he was  finished studying he went to New York he has a back ground in architecture and metal work.

So iv started working on my dunny and munny designs  iv been working with illustrator  and iv also  tried   to  Wrap a texture or pattern around an object Photoshop
  i found a video on you tube witch  gives an example  on how to do it  its quit simple  and easy to do  i will  put the link in the  blog  to show  any 1  who is interested.

what i did was follow the video and make it apply to what i wanted to do   wen i had  finished with photoshop i  decided to open it up in illustrator and add some vector lines  to  make it stand  out  as you can see it is the back vuiw of the dunny  i still want to give it a cat like tail and i am still working out what the best salution for this will  be  but i will keep updating this  blog  .

I started working with illustrator coming up with a design for  my Dunny  this is not the final but just a start as i am constantly refining  my ideas these images are the start of my work  influences can be seen throughout my research .

So as iv goten closer to my idea of a  cat iv run into a few llittle probbles but  at the same time i have also manged to  solv them by contueng to do more reserch i was able resolve the isu of  how i would get the design on the bodey of a dunny munny the obviouse  chouce i thought of would be to use the bodey of a dunny as it would seem the ears being the closes to the  shape of a cat but  at the same time i noticed that people had also used  the munny   with some of ther oun art  with a cat  i then went on to look at  simple designs of cats  that did not nessey look  like a cat but still manged to catch the influens of a cat as well as pourtraing it  i was actuely saprised with what i found online  and  imges below will illustrate what i mean by the
